Sprachinstitut (Language Institute in German) is a publishing house specialised in linguistics literature, bilingual dictionaries, textbooks and other language learning material.

The logo is inspired by the "Acute" accent sign, used in many modern written European languages, such as Dutch, Portuguese, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Slovak, Polish... It marks the stressed or the long vowel.

The colour palette is based on the colours of European flags.
